[1] The Distrito Federal federation allow teams from the neighbouring states of Minas Gerais
and Goiás to participate, provided they are sited in cities not farther than 200 km from
the country's capital - ie Brasília

desde que estejam situados em cidades a menos de 200 km da capital do Brasil

though, to the satellite cities (divisions of Brasília).
