After winning the title, CA Sorriso became professional, and played the 2004 First Level. � Em virtude do cancelamento do Campeonato Matogrossense da Segunda Divis�o de 2003, por causa dos clubes participantes n�o se adequarem ao Estatuto do Torcedor, foi recriada a Terceira Divis�o do Campeonato Matogrossense. Essa competi��o reunia v�rios clubes amadores do estado. Com a conquista, o AC Sorriso em 2003 o clube profissionalizou-se e disputou o Matogrossense de 2004.
